New Spring Menus have Arrived!
Spring has sprung, and we’re delighted to introduce our new Spring Dinner Menu! Our Dinner Menu features loads of fresh, in-season and local ingredients, beautiful raw and cooked fish dishes, bright and lovely salads, flavor-packed entrees and Farmer’s Market inspired sides.
All menu items were thoughtfully and masterfully composed by Carbon Beach Club’s own Chef de Cuisine Victor Morales. With ten years of experience in the hospitality sector, Chef Victor’s focus is on producing California-driven cuisine, always intent on emphasizing what is fresh, in season and local. He employs modern techniques while keeping the plates simple and clean. To him, the most essential part of the experience means preparing food that people can relate to.
Some of our favorites, featured above, include the mouth-watering Dry-Aged Porterhouse, the fresh and flavorful Daily Fish Ceviche, the savory Beet Cured Salmon and the sumptuous Oysters.
