Easter is arriving early this year, but there’s no need to fret…this year you can can enjoy a delicious Easter Brunch on the coast, and leave the cooking to us! Grab your family and hop on over to Malibu Beach Inn’s gourmet restaurant, Carbon Beach Club and enjoy brunch together oceanfront this Easter Sunday, March 31. 

Indulge in the bliss of the weekend and share some quality time with your loved ones while basking in the sights and sounds of the majestic Pacific Ocean below. Just sit back, relax and enjoy a luscious three-course meal skillfully prepared by our chef de Cuisine, Victor Morales. 

Chef Victor’s focus is on producing California-driven cuisine, always intent on emphasizing what is fresh, in season and local. He employs modern techniques while keeping the plates simple and clean - to him, the most essential part of the experience means preparing food that people can relate to.

You can enjoy all three courses for just $65 per adult and $25 per child under 12 (plus tax & gratuity). Plus, receive complimentary juice, coffee and tea, as well as a glass of bubbles to celebrate the day!

Spring is just around the corner and with the changing of the seasons, we’re delighted to announce the introduction of a new dinner special at our very own Carbon Beach Club… Tapas Tuesdays!

Beginning this Tuesday, February 26, we’ll be offering a delicious assortment of tapas - small savory Spanish dishes - every Tuesday night from 3:30pm until late. Select just a couple of your favorite tapas and create your own delectable meal or bring along some friends and try them all! 

Chef de Cuisine Victor Morales is always intent on emphasizing what is fresh, in-season and local, and his tapas menu is no exception. From the pickled organic, locally-farmed vegetables to the olive oil poached ahi tuna, he’ll have your taste buds singing with delight!

And what goes better with tapas than tongue-tantalizing Sangria… Choose from Red, White or Spicy to add the perfect festive flair!
